Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 2026• Version 2.4. Please review these terms carefully before integrating the Moven SDK, in-memory circuit breakers, or Moven Cloud telemetry platform.
01 // Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, installing the @moven/sdk package, running npx moven init, or utilizing Moven APIs, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
02 // Description of Services
Moven provides real-time in-process AI agent circuit breakers, execution loop detection algorithms, automated AST self-healing pull requests, and telemetry observability studios. Moven operates entirely in-memory within your application runtime and does not intercept agent traffic via an external HTTP proxy.
03 //Accounts, Organizations & API Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, OAuth credentials, and session tokens. Any action executed through your API keys is considered authorized by you. Moven utilizes cryptographic SHA-256 hashing for all stored API secret tokens.
04 //In-Process Circuit Breakers & Autonomous Halting
When configured thresholds (e.g. repeat tool call limits, budget ceilings, semantic stagnation) are triggered, the Moven Sentinel raises a MovenKillError to prevent recursive loops. While Moven algorithms are engineered with sub-millisecond precision, you maintain primary responsibility for defining custom circuit parameters appropriate for your production agents.
05 //Zero Retention & Telemetry Data Privacy
Moven operates on a strict Zero-Data-Retention principle for LLM customer payloads. Tool arguments are hashed into one-way cryptographic SHA-256 digests in-process. Raw prompts, customer records, and confidential model context are never stored on Moven servers unless explicitly permitted in your project telemetry preferences.
06 // Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moven shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from agent execution failures or third-party LLM provider downtime. Total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by you to Moven in the 12 months preceding the claim.
07 //SLA & Enterprise Support
Enterprise tiers include 99.99% cloud dashboard uptime SLAs, dedicated Slack/Teams channels, and custom model arbiter rules. Contact support@moven.dev for dedicated enterprise MSAs.
